Owls Get Big Time Running Back
Kennesaw State Football has signed RB Cade Radam (2019) of Creekview HS. Radam has a chance to be an impact player right away.
Radam on KSU: “I just like the set up and most of all the location. I have wanted to stay closer to home since the beginning and this was a perfect fit. Icing on top was 4 becoming available next year. Only kidding! But the coaching staff is awesome and I can’t wait for Coach Worley to teach me his ways and go to war every weekend with my new brothers! I also have some friends from my school going to KSU for school so that helped as well”
Recruit Georgia: “Radam has the whole package as a student-athlete and his over 1000 yards of total offense earned him all-state honorable mention honors on the site. The junior shows a solid little jump cut at the line of scrimmage and runs with low pad level too. He shows solid hands coming out of the backfield, and runs fairly good routes. Radam is more of a power back at this point in his development, and we would like to see him continue to improve his agility and short space acceleration. He is tough as nails running through the tackles, but would like to see him improve that initial burst. Radam has a lot of potential just from looking at his frame and the patience he shows reading his blocks and the determination he shows to get yards after first contact. Power clean, shuttle time and vertical are all areas he should focus on this offseason to make his first few steps more explosive.”
