Owls Add 4th Commitment to 2020 Class!

Kennesaw State Basketball has gotten a commitment from 6’6″ 230 forward Mayson Quartlebaum (2020) of Lawrence High School in Kansas! He is Amir Abdur-Rahim’s first out of state commitment as KSU Coach.

PrepHoops.com (12/20/2018): “A rising prospect in the 2020 class, Lawrence wing Mayson Quartlebaum is putting together a big junior season and is drawing attention from college programs.

A versatile performer, Quartlebaum is a 6’3 wing player with good size and strong, physical frame. He can post up on the box and score in the paint, but can also step out and knock down 3-pointers. The son of Kansas assistant coach Fred Quartlebaum, Mayson says he takes pride in doing the little things that help a team win.

He spent the offseason competing for KC Run GMC and says the experience helped him take his game to new heights.”
