Basketball Adds Former Dunk City Signee!

We’ve been hearing the speculation and the rumors for awhile, but it’s now official! Well, it will be officially official next Wednesday when former North Cobb High School Warrior Jordan Neff steps foot on campus to start summer classes.

Neff originally signed with Atlantic Sun Conference rivals FGCU (AKA Dunk City) but decided to attend Gordon State College and stay closer to home, where he played for Izzy Ingle, the son of former Owls head coach Tony Ingle. Unfortunately Neff suffered a knee injury before the first game and didn’t get a chance to play.

Neff tells me that the plan as of now is to walk-on for this coming season and then play under scholarship for the next three years. I am unsure if Neff will be eligible to play this coming year due to the tricky details of NCAA eligibility standards.
